ANALYSIS OF POWER TRANSFER ON TRANSMISSION CHANNELS 150 KV FROM GARDU INDUK AIR ANYIR TO GARDU INDUK SUNGAILIAT PLN BANGKA AREA

Abstract

The availability of sufficient and quality electrical energy is a demand that must be fulfilled by PT. PLN (Persero). Distribution of electricity through the 150 kV transmission line with a relatively long distance and using aluminum type conductive wire always experiences changes in current and voltage, giving rise to the ability to send electricity power unstable. Other influences can also be obtained from changes in power factor and phase angle. The method used is the method of analyzing equations in the form of hyperbolis. In this study shows that the power transfer ability is influenced by phase angles. The maximum active power transfer capability is 1962.71 kW on VS which is 150?75? and VR which is 150?0? with phase angle difference is 75?. Whereas in VS = 150?75? and VR = 145?0? the transfer ability of active power is 1911.97 kW with the difference in the same phase angle of 75?. This study shows that the transfer ability of active power is influenced by voltage. The maximum active power transfer capability for VR values ??= 150?0? at VS which is constant, which is 150?90? is 2134.49 kW. Whereas for the VR value = 145?0 VS at VS which is constant which is 150?90? is equal to 2078.03 kW.
