Jurnal Ecotipe (Electronics, Control, Telecommunication, Information, and Power Engineering)  is a peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Bangka Belitung (UBB). This journal in particular publishes quality articles dedicated to all aspects of the latest outstanding developments especially in the field of Electrical Engineering. Jurnal Ecotipe was first published in April 2014 and published 2 times a year (2 issues/year) every April and October. The author can come from institutions outside the Department or from within the Department of Electrical Engineering University of Bangka Belitung or from domestic and global world. 
 
Jurnal Ecotipe has been Accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by Indonesian Ministry Education, Culture, Research, and Technology with Rank 3 (SINTA 3) according to the decree No.158/E/KPT/2021 starting from Volume 7 Issue 2 of 2020 up to Volume 12 Issue 2 of 2025.
 
Focus and Scope : Electronics, Electronic Materials, Microelectronic System, Control System Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Robotics, Telecommunication, Modulation and Signal Processing, Antenna and Wave Propagation, Information Technology, Information Theory and Coding, Computer Engineering and Informatics, Electrical and Power Engineering, Transmission and Distribution, Renewable Energy.
