Abstract

This study evaluates user experience (UX) of STIESIA Surabaya’s e-learning platform within its blended learning program, with the aim of identifying specific strengths and gaps. Using a quantitative descriptive-evaluative design, researcher distributed User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to 90 Accounting and Management students, each with at least one semester of platform use. After screening 96 initial submissions, researcher analyzed 90 verified responses against a UEQ benchmark of more than 20.000 products. All six dimensions scored positively in absolute terms.  Perspicuity rated highest (1.33 Above Average), followed by Attractiveness (1.20) and Efficiency (1.13), and Stimulation (1.13), all above average. Dependability (1.00) and Novelty (0.43) fell Below Average against benchmark. An independent t-test found no significant differences between programs. Platform handles core pragmatic tasks well but shows relative weakness in novelty and dependability, which points to a need for user-centered investigation before any institution-wide redesign.
