Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

Papers are invited from anywhere in the Indonesia regional and the world, and so authors are asked to ensure that sufficient context is provided for all readers to appreciate their contribution.

Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of Jurnal Ecotipe must be

  1. Written in Indonesia or English.
  2. The length of submitted paper is at least 4 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
  3. Use of a tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting
  4. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the Jurnal Ecotipe templete

B. Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

  1. Title. The title of paper is max 10 words, without Acronym or abbreviation
  2. Abstract. The Abstract has 100 - 200 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a primary objective, research design, methodology, main outcomes and results, and the conclusions.
  3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - The Proposed Method/Algorithm (optional) - Method - Results and Discussion – Conclusion
  4. References. Expect a minimum of 10 references primarily with minimum 60% to journal papers.

One author should be designated as corresponding author and provide the following information:

  • E-mail address
  • Full postal address
  • Telephone and fax numbers

Please note that any papers which fail to meet our requirements will be returned to the author for amendment. Only papers which are submitted in the correct style will be considered by the Editors.

  1. The author acknowledges that the Jurnal Ecotipe (Electronic, Control, Telecommunication, Information, and Power Engineering) has the right to publish for the first time with a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
  2. The author can enter the writing separately, regulate the non-exculsive distribution of manuscripts that have been published in this journal into other versions (for example: sent to the author's institution respository, publication into books, etc.), by acknowledging that the manuscript was first published in the Jurnal Ecotipe (Electronic, Control, Telecommunication, Information, and Power Engineering);
